She Bought a Navy Ribbonette Bag from Me.
After 2weeks she sending an email rudely to us that we are taking too long to get it for her.
As you guys know Spree is Not one or two days.
Ok fine. We Still Reply her In a Polite manner saying that we had some problems with
the supplier so we cant get the items so quickly.
She Still reply us in a rude Manner.
saying that the problem is between me and my supplier its not her problem.
The Main problem is without the supplier supplying us the item how are we going to give her item.
We Said in another message that we'll cancel her order since she said she waited too long.
Her Attitude in the next email after this is 180degree change.
she just say that when the stock arrived inform her.
We decided to order it for her as we were being soft-hearted Cux she also said it's a gift for her friend.
For Bags, We had already mention that we only do Meet-Up for it.
She Suddenly Said she want to have Registered Mail.
I told her ok.but she had to pay for it.
She Transfer S$8 To Me.
We said we'll refund her the excess after This Batch End.
Her Postage is S$5 (Registered).
We Charge her S$2 for handling fee.
(it's very normal for online shop to have handling fee right!)

[P.S. This $2 handling fee is only for bags.]
The reasons why we charged $2 are because for bags, we will need a lot of
brown papers and scotch tapes to secure it. And it's not easy for us
to carry it to take a bus to the post office and have it weighed.
Of course in the first place we have the items all wrapped securely.
But there are times Singpost will have it teared. This isn't what we can predict too
right? I believe our customers who have already received their items
could vouch for it as well. At least we made an effort to wrap it securely to prevent
lost mails, for we understand how frustrating and disappointing it is.
Whatever it is, this has teaches us to highlight to all our precious customers that
this is a pre-order spree which we will only order when we have hit the cap.
And also, as mentioned, we will try our very best to wrap as secure as possible.
However, for bags, please, we have advised for meetups as it's really too bulky
to handle. Therefore, if you still want to go ahead with postage, of course we
will still follow your will. But if anything happens, after what we have tried our
very best, please do not push the blame to us.
Well, i believe all our valuable customers have a high EQ to handle
and solve this problem with us and thus, will not repeat such case again.
If you do have any complaints, feel free to let us know instead of displaying
your rudeness, and we will be very happy to see what we can do to solve all these
